Persuading You to Read a Blog

By commenting on the freshman’s blog it will give them ideas and feed back on what they can fix or what they can impress. The freshmen are learning what they need to do in order to get a good grade on there blog post. By the upper classman giving their remarks and comments on the blogs will let them know that there is something missing and they can fix the mistake. Also by the time they become a sophomore or an upper classman they will know what will be expected in their blog post and they will get the process just like that instead of struggling.

Sophomore Paragraph

In order to be a sophomore you need to act mature and show everybody and yourself that you are ready to be an upper classroom instead of a lower class man again. Being a sophomore means to show the teachers and the adults in the classroom that you don’t need assistance for following directions that are given to you. Once you’re in the real world and you feel you need to be the class clown or a job clown when you’re working then your being really childish and immature. Also in order to be a sophomore you should not have to be told many times to do something.

I can relate to the " Grape Sherbet" poem because before my grandma died she would always tell me how she would always would want the family to gather together before she would pass away. My Most Memorable Valentine's Day

My most memorable day on Valentines Day was last year when I was getting ready to go on pass for the weekend and Heather got me some candy. I was really excited and happy because I had never had a person that cared so much about me and for me to get me something for Valentine day. After I had got ithe gifts from Heather on Valentines day I went to her house and gave her a big hug and told her thank you alot of times. After I went to Heather's house I was on my way on pass and so the rest of the day I basically had alot of sweets because my grandma threw a party for the family and so my Valentines Day went really good.

In addition, this shows that people dont have to care for a person or show that they care just because they write it in words thay can express it in many different ways. The theme or the message of the poem is that some people look good or inpress people on purpose so that they can have people like them on the outside most of the time instead of the inside. Looking good is not that inportant because why should someone have to impress somebody so they can be popular why can it not be for theirselves. People try to look good because they want to have people not judge them instead of looking at the real perspective of looking good. I think that it's not worth putting alot of time into your physical apperance because you should feel comfortable with yourself before you let anyone else judge you. In the end I dont think your apperance matters all that much because people should see you for who you are in your hart instead of your outside.

Personification is something to do with personal stuff. One way I can relate to this poem is because I have been heart broken and people step in and out of my life.

This is meaningful to me because I can express myself in how I feel. Another image I see is a person not being scared of what they beliieve in. This is meaningful to me because people are true to theirselves and true to people around them. When I hear the song I have faith in all that I do in life and know that I can achieve it.

“A Storm in the Mountains” One with Nature

I was in a foster home fours ago by myself. My foster parents needed to go to the doctor to check in early for there appointment the next day. But I wanted to stay home to watch a t.v show before we went but they were rushing me and I decided to go to sleep so we wont have to go. The next morning I woke up at six in the morning to be at the doctors and I was really tired and irritated because I hate when people wake me up. So when we got to the hospital they went to go in the office to get their appointment and I had to sit in the hallway myself and so I decided to start running and runaway. But luckily the security guard stopped and asked me to calm down and he will call my social worker because I told him I was a foster kid and he said okay and called my social worker. The experience changed me because I realized it was not about just about one person it was about different many people instead of myself.

The name of my poem is “Love Song” the author that wrote the poem is Karl Fuchs. Someone should read my poem because the poem talks about love and how a couple loves eachother and how they want to spend there lifes together. If someone does not want to read my poem it’s because a lot of people may not find love a interesting topic or they want something more interesting like villans or superhero’s. But they should read the poem because love does not have to be physical it can mean something inportant in someone’s life forever. The best part of my poem is when it is explainig a lot of imagery and how it explains what it is used for and it gives many examples.

Imagery in a Selected Poem Paragraph

The mood that “A love Song” by Karl Fuchs poem in imagery would be a protective, caring mood. An example of imagery in the poem would be “you’re a flower blooming.” This sense of imagery appeals to sense because you can’t taste a flower, and you can’t hear a flower but you can sense a flower blooming. It is not talking literally about a flower blooming it’s talking about a person that has a great personality and that is always bright. The image the feeling creates is a person that cares for somebody a lot and wants to be with that person or that is really close to the person. Another example of imagery in the poem is “Butterflies can find nectar whenever were Apart”. The sense it appeals to is to taste because you can taste the nectar. The image that the feelings the poem in image gives is happy. Another example of imagery in the poem is “In the dark room in the gloom, it’s you who brightens my day." The use of imagery helps to express feelings by giving examples of comparing to the person or the object, and it also helps because you can imagine the poem or idea in your head.
