"Two Kinds" Mother & Daughter Conflict

In the conflict between Jing- Mei and her mother, I support Jing- Mei more than I support her mom. For example she is just an little girl and she does not know what is wrong from right yet. Her mid only tells her what she knows. This shows that it may not be acceptable for her to yell and scream at her mom and she should know not to be rude. At one point you never know what Jing- Mei what was taught in her life. This also shows that when Jing- Mei gets older then she will learn what is acceptable and what is not acceptable in life. In addition her mother was wrong to for trying to make JIng- Mei decision in life instead of letting Jing- Mei making her own choices. This shows that not only kids can be rude and disrespectful but adults

“Two Kinds” In the Shoes of a Prodigy"

If I were in Jing-mei shoes then I would feel very uncomfortable is someone would pressure me about prodigy. In the story for example Jing- mei would look in magazines and look at different types of styles because she thought they were different from her style. The different prodigy that people would push me t be is a artist because I have a lot of potential and I love to use creative things. A lot of people have their own prodigy. If people push them or make their prodigy for them then they are not succeeding to what they want to do in life. The final outcome of the pressure in the story is going to be that Jing- mei is going to make her own choices and not have her mom make the choices for her. Not everything that her mom suggest does not mean Jing- mei is going to do all the things in life that her mom wants her to be.

One day I was in the third grade and I was playing with my best friend DJ. There is this girl named precious and she was in the fifth grade. We all had the same lunch and the recess instead of different lunches even though precious was in a different grade then us. I had told DJ that Ii was going to the bathroom because I left my backpack in the restroom and so I went to the restroom. As I was walking out I seen Precious and she looked mad but I really did not know her that well and so I had asked her if she was alright. Her reply was that she was alright and so I said okay and I will see you a little later. A few minutes past by and Precious came and pushed me to the ground and told me I have to run laps for no specific reason. Then DJ came and told Precious to stop pushing me and then Precious got mad because I did not do any push ups.

“Everyday Use" Character to Person Comparison Paragraph.”

I compare myself to Maggie because I am sweet and I care so much about things in my life. I may act selfish sometimes and have a bad attitude but that's does not stop me from being myself. Maggie and I are similar because if I had a mom to spend time with then I would take a lot of time out of my day to just talk with my mom. Maggie also has a nice personality towards other people even if it’s people in the family being really rude to her or just in reality. I have a nice personality especially when it come to family, friends and education those are my most golden things important to me. Maggie and I have a lot in common so I hope one day I can meet her in real life just for an hour to notice her personality in life.

’Everyday Use’ from Dee's Point of View

Dee does not like peole that is nice she only wants people to pay more attention to her. Maggie which is her sister is sweet and likes to spend time with her mom and friends. Dee is anot a anti- social person but is aperson who likes to always prove a point. I truly belive Dee does not know her actions toward her sister Maggie and her mom. When Dee’s mom and her sister moved from the house that burned Dee had sat and watched the fire instead of helping. It took Dee to realize that is okay to care about things in your life even if it’s a house that burned down.

When the going get’s tough people tend to get this other side of them which is normal. The reason why people act different when times get hard is because they don’t know how they will act when it’s a tough time. Most people do not have an effect on it but when it gets to the limit where it has got out of control then it’s a problem. In society when the going gets tough it can be either good or bad. All things in life can be easier or hard but most of the time it will be mixed because everybody has different problems in life.

My imagination

One day Tashanna and I were walking in the orange groves with the zany squirrels. Then I watched Tashanna get abducted by a squirrel. I decided to name a squirrel Bob. Bob was a very cute squirrel he had a red tail and big blue eyes. He smelled like pear blossoms. All day i watched Bob hoard nuts in his big Jurassic park tree. After he was done putting nuts in his tree, a triceratops stepped on Bob and killed him. But I did not know Bob had a twin, named Billie. He was a chunky fat squirrel who always ate up Bob nuts. Every time Billie had a stomach ache he would make a horrible annoying ballyhoo. Billie filed a grievance against the triceratops named Hank. All of Billie's squirrel friends sentenced Hank to be stung by a bee in his ear. After Hank was dead the bee never died so unfortunately all of Billie and his squirrel friends jumped out of the tree and flapped their tails as fast as they could but figured out that they just went down. So long Billie, Bob, Hank and all the squirrels in the United States.

“Mouse in the Cafe Short Story."

The mouse was in the cafe. I was in the cafe early in the morning with Amy, Becky, Chelsea and Heather for breakfast before school one day. All of a sudden I hear something squeaking under the table and Heather had said it was just my imagination. After Heather told me it was my imagination the mouse went under Johnny’s table. I had asked my roommate Amy if she could get the mouse under the table and she said okay. So then Becky and Chelsea went by the table to help Amy get the mouse. Good thing that we all got the mouse and let it outside before we went to school. So after all everybody was safe in the cafe instead of the mouse scaring everybody away.

"The Pedestrian" Center for Regressive Tendencies Paragraph

The center for Regressive Tendencies building is five story's high and has sixty rooms in all for people who are mentally ill. The building has on call staff like SPA but instead the staff that come in the morning stay all the way until the next day. The only difference in the building is the clients have roommates instead rooming by their selves. The rules apply to how the clients act. For example if the clients be disrespectful then the staff will be rude to them. If the clients be respectful then you will get respected back. The building has a fun room with pool, PlayStation three and game boy.

"Purpose of the Pedestrian Paragraph"

The purpose of Bradbury's writing the Pedestrian was to explain to people that the world does not revolve around just that person. Now and days in society people do not just sit on their porch or listen to oldies. Back when they barely even put the screen on a computer the people around old times either sat down or sat and watch sad movies. In the story Bradbury's purpose was to not only let people know the world does not revolve around them but he was also saying don't focus on other people before you focus on yourself. Don’t pay your mind on people that are not really into the situation.

Life in 2053

My life in 2053 is going to be very luxurious. I am going to be in 5 bedroom with three escalades and hummer's. I will probably be sixty years old or younger with my golden retriever and my pit bull sitting on my porch singing this little light of mine. I will have alot of real gold and silver jewelry and majority of Jordan's, Nike's, vans but not a whole lot of make up because I don't like make up that much.The world would be different from when I was a teenager until a old woman.
